The Colmar group is a family holding which manages approximately 30 restaurants in Belgium and France, among which Colmar Restaurants, Restaurants Crocodile, SBarro, Café Muffin, Smoothiebar and Wok-A-Way.
In Belgium alone, they have 9 restaurants, concentrated mainly in Flanders and Brussels.
During the last 2 years, they decided to modernize their look completely by renovating both the external and interior design of their restaurants. At Ghent, a major part of the refurbishing included a brand new kitchen.
